About Elayne

Elayne McIvor is the Principal Consultant of Catalyst. With a talent for untangling complex issues, she has supported clients to advance change in areas from health care reform to education. Elayne is known for her analytical rigour and creativity. Working collaboratively with her clients, she is driven to provide them with actionable data and insights to enhance their impact. Elayne has contributed extensively to the evaluation field by presenting on innovative strategies, publishing work to advance practice, and teaching students.
